The resort is located slightly off the Strip but convenient to it for walking and also houses a Las Vegas Monorail Station which makes for convenient Strip Transportation. It was sold to Hilton Hotels in 1970 and spent its longest run as Las Vegas Hilton, after which it briefly became LVH Hotel & Casino and acquired its current moniker in July of 2014.
